 HRx designs customized job aids for productivity tools. When employees are not receiving just-in-time training they need a refresher to complete tasks. Sending these employees to training again is costly. Designing a job aid or quick reference guide is an excellent solution for providing a refresher for previous learned information that's been forgotten.
